6ft,regular gym goer 4/5 times a week, non smoker. I'm single live on my own and work in the city centre I consider myself loyal, easy going, friendly, funny (I hope). I like the gym, restaurants, cinema, theatre, shopping and the occasional drink, though a bit of a light weight there I'm afraid 1 glass and I'm drunk. So all in all just a normal guy who is sometimes happy, sometimes sad, sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes kind, sometimes not, but always just me... I am not impressed by a fancy car, house or job no amount of money can make up for a crap personality.Remember "to the world you may be one person but too one person you may be the world" Time is precious and it costs you nothing. You can do anything you want with it but own it.You can spend it but you cant keep it and once you've lost it there is no getting it back its just gone. As Joan Collins Said "Beauty is like starting with a full bank account and slowly withdrawing cash until there is nothing left"

BB TIME TO SAY GOODBYE VIDEO

BRIAN Dowling has been crowned the Ultimate Big Brother housemate.

The former trolley dolly, 32, beat Nikki Grahame and Chantelle Houghton after receiving 49 percent of the public vote.
Brian, who was dressed in a suit and tie, burst into tears and shouted "Thank you so much" as he was officially declared the winner of the final show.
As he danced down the stairs to fireworks, the crowd cheered on and Brian joked that they had got the winner wrong.
Speaking about the impact of the show, he said: "It's one of the best things I could have ever done. The show is also about hope, in the sense that it gives people the opportunity to make their life that little bit better."
Brian said he owed everything to the show and thanked the viewers who had voted for him.
As Davina showed Brian a montage of his time in the house she told him she wanted to see him on TV soon.
The Irishman told Davina to get her people to contact his people, adding he would be taking a holiday first and perhaps perform panto in Ireland.
Nikki Grahame came second after receiving 30.2 percent of the public vote but was happy Brian had won.

"I love you. Well done," she said before heading outside.
Nikki, who first entered the house in 2006 dressed as a Playboy bunny, was known for her tantrums.
Grahame, 28, told Davina that taking part in Ultimate Big Brother "has meant the absolute world to me".
Nikki, said she was so thankful for being part of the show and said has learnt to control her fiery temper.
She said: "You have to consider the other housemates. I have had to bite my tongue lots of times but I kind of erupted inside. I have learned to do that. It's taken four years."
In third place was Chantelle Houghton who won Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 despite being the only housemate who was not actually famous.
Chantelle obtained 20.5 percent of the vote and talked to Davina about her feelings for ex-husband Samuel Preston.

The Essex glamour girl, who took part in the 2006 celebrity show when she had to pretend to be a singer with fictional pop band Kandy Floss, met the Ordinary Boys singer in the house and romance blossomed.
The couple married but split after just 10 months together and later divorced.
They remained friends and viewers were delighted to see them reunited in the house this summer, many hoping the pair would get back together.
Chantelle, who admitted she still had feelings for Preston, told Davina: "It's a different outcome now. Obviously we're not going to be together."
She was often tearful in the house and said: "My head was a complete mess the whole time.
"It's such a sad situation. I don't think I realised how sad it was until I spent so much time with him.
Chantelle admitted: "I hadn't ever really got over what happened between us."
Preston remained oblivious to her misery until this afternoon when she confessed, anxious that he would hear about it during his post-eviction interview.
Chantelle said that she would be speaking with her ex-husband tomorrow.
During his ex-wife's interview Preston looked uncomfortable as the camera panned back to him in the crowd.

BB NADIA IN SUICIDE BID

BOOED Big Brother housemate Nadia Almada was rushed to hospital after a suicide bid, it was revealed yesterday.

The fragile Portuguese transsexual took an overdose days after saying: "I want to end it all."

A pal staying at her council flat found her slumped in her bathroom after she swallowed a mixture of prescription drugs and painkillers.
The friend dialled 999 and 33-year-old Nadia - booed during her eviction from Ultimate BB last Friday - was taken to hospital.
She was kept under observation throughout Wednesday evening until doctors declared her fit enough to return home.
A source close to the reality TV star - runaway winner of BB5 in 2004 - said: "This is a cry for help. She is very unhappy."

Viewers turned against Nadia - born Jorge Leodoro - after she upset BB11 winner Josie Gibson, 25, by criticising her lover John James Parton, 24.
She ranted when she discovered fellow contestant Ulrika Jonsson was being paid five times as much as her.
And she had furious rows with rapper Coolio, leading to him leaving the house by mutual agreement with BB bosses.
She has received hate mail and claimed Channel 4 edited the show unfairly to make her look like a villain.
Later, she said: "I just feel my life isn't worth living any more. I'm in the gutter and completely distraught."
A Big Brother spokeswoman said last night: "We have been in constant touch with Nadia and like all housemates she has access to all of our after care facilities."

NADIA I WANT TO END IT ALL

SUICIDAL former housemate Nadia Almada has revealed that Ultimate Big Brother has left her feeling as if her life isn't worth living anymore and claims that she was bullied by Coolio, who was ejected from the house on August 28.

The transsexual, who won the affection of the public in BB5, has told how her time in the house has left her in emotional turmoil.
She revealed in an interview with a newspaper: "I want to end it all. I just feel my life isn't worth living any more.
"I can't carry on living the way I feel. I'm in the gutter and I'm completely distraught. Going back on Big Brother has ruined my life. I was the victim in that house but I was shown to be the villain.
"I'm just gutted. I hate my life so much right now and sometimes ending it all is the only solution. I'm at the lowest point I've ever been so I'm surrounding myself with friends and family and hoping God will be there for me.
"I was already in a vulnerable place and this has thrown me overboard. When this mess is over I just don't know what I'll do. I'm losing it. I'm emotional. This is the last thing I need in my life.
"My car has had eggs thrown all over it and I've had horrible notes sent to me, calling me a bitch. I've had to start avoiding people and stop answering calls. I don't know how much more I can take. I feel betrayed by Channel 4. There was no loyalty from them, no duty of care. They failed to protect me.
"Coolio targeted me on the first night and he wouldn't leave me alone. He kept asking about my gender status and he humiliated me over it. If it had been a racial slur they would have shown it but because it was against a transsexual they edited it out. They made it look like I wanted to leave over a pair of shoes but the truth is I was being bullied.
"I had a panic attack but that was left out as well. I'm going to speak to Ofcom and I want a public apology from Big Brother over this. I will be contacting lawyers and solicitors because I want to take things further. I was lured onto the show with them saying it would be a celebration. But after this I don't want to represent Big Brother any more.
"I don't feel safe to go out. I feel frightened. Big Brother discarded me. This has destroyed me. I was the nation's sweetheart and people embraced me. But now I'm the villain."
